		There are a number of small and medium size companies that are capable of offering their products and services in the global marketplace, but do not have either the financial wherewithal or the willingness to make the investment to create a set up in different countries. However, not having a local presence can significantly deter the opportunity to make a big push in those markets. Sync was formed to fill this gap. It was founded by Manjiree Jog and Milind Oak to provide end-to-end services to such companies looking to establish a base in UK, European and Indian markets. Sync has offices in the United Kingdom and India. Our goal is to assist companies in building value through innovative offshore business solutions. Using a combination of skills in strategy, technology, project management and implementation, we help customer reduce risks and benefit through a structured approach. Our solutions are executed with extensive onsite, offsite and offshore client collaboration. Having a base in UK and India allows us to work closely with clients to better understand their needs and make sure that the transition of processes is seamless.
