Manjiree Jog: Manjiree heads the UK operations of Sync eSourcing. She has extensive experience in the field of finance, including investment banking and equity and credit research. She has worked with multinational corporations such as ICICI, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and Société Générale in Mumbai, New York and London developing a unique perspective of a global marketplace. She has also gained valuable experience with a start up hedge fund, where she was involved with every part of fund management, including portfolio management, trading strategy and marketing. Her areas of expertise include distressed investing, event driven arbitrage and telecom M&A. Manjiree is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has MBA from Stern School of Business, New York University.

Milind Oak: Milind heads the India operations of Sync eSourcing. He has extensive expertise in marketing and sales, business administration. Along with Sync-eSource, Milind has been a leading franchisee of Idea Cellular Ltd. a premier telecom company in India with a technical collaboration with AT&T USA. Prior to that he worked in the marketing department of Thermax Ltd. where he acquired turnkey project management and marketing experience. He has done his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune in 1989 and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from the University of Pune, India in 1986.
